We work with overseas sellers who stock goods in Taiwan and sell to Taiwanese buyers. From the moment the goods reach the warehouse to the moment a buyer opens the box, that stretch is ours.
What we do
From goods-in to the buyer’s door,
five things.
- Receiving and put-awayWe count the goods in, verify quantities, shelve them item by item and give every SKU a fixed location, so picking finds them and stock counts reconcile.
- Storage4,960 m² of ambient warehouse. Apparel, houseware, daily goods and 3C accessories are all fine here; anything needing refrigeration or freezing we cannot take.
- Picking and packingPicked to the order, packed, shipping label applied. Three to five thousand orders a day; tell us ahead of a sale event and we schedule overtime.
- HandoverTo the carrier you nominate. Shopee sellers keep the platform carrier; on other channels we can recommend carriers we have worked with.
- ReturnsWe sign for the parcel, open and inspect it, and tell you what we found. Sound items go back into stock; damaged ones are photographed for you.
Sending us orders
An Excel file or a form.
That is the whole process.
Put the day’s orders together and send them over; we ship against that list. The file you keep is the record, so reconciliation later lines up on both sides. Direct system integration can be discussed — in practice we still take orders by hand.
Carriers
The carrier is your choice.
We prepare, pack and hand over. We do not tie you to anyone. Shopee sellers keep the platform’s carrier with no settings changed; on other channels we can recommend carriers we have worked with, and you decide.
Pricing structure
Two charges: goods sitting here,
and goods going out.
Each has two calculation methods that can be combined to suit your stock. Real numbers need a look at your goods first, so this page explains the method rather than the price.
Storage
By pallet
Bulk goods in and out by the pallet with consistent dimensions. Pallet positions count easily and this is usually cheaper.
By piece or volume
Small items, many SKUs, irregular to stack. Charging on space actually used is fairer.
Fulfilment
By order
One price per order. Straightforward to forecast and to reconcile when orders are small.
By item
For orders that routinely contain several items, this tracks the real work more closely.
